Robert is a flexible, resourceful, creative and highly focused problem solver with vast experience analysing business requirements and designing, developing and successfully delivering top-quality, tailor-made IT solutions.
Initially self-taught in computer programming at the age of 10, Robert went on to become the founder of Integrity Software Solutions in April 1998 after graduating with an honours degree in Software Engineering at the University of Teesside School of Computing and Mathematics.

Robert has extensive expertise in database technology and web based application development covering the complete life cycle from Analysis, Feasibility Studies, preparation of Investment Proposals and Stakeholder Management through to Design, Development, Deployment, Support and Documentation. Technical skills and experience include:
- Database Design, Analysis, Enhancement, Troubleshooting and Administration of SQL Server.
- Extensive experience in Transact SQL (TSQL) for Data Processing, Database Integration, Reporting, Performance Enhancements, and building complete data driven solutions from the ground up to support high data volumes and concurrency.
- Active Server Pages (ASP) web application development, Javascript, Visual Basic Scripting, Active Directory Service Interfaces (ADSI) and Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) scripting.
- Preparation of detailed software architecture, infrastructure design, and project planning documentation.
- Delivering business intelligence and decision making power to clients.
